If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please inform us by e-mail no later than in 7 days from receiving the goods and we will return you the amount paid for the goods. The returned goods have to be properly packed and sent by certified mail. We are sorry, but the packaging and mail costs shall not be returned.

Returned object must be fully completed. For a complete stacking and packaging of the item you are responsible. If the object is not fully completed and properly packed, we or our representative does not accept the return of the item.

We would like to inform you that natural stones and materials are used items and therefore its color and shape may vary slightly. Because of the specific manufacturing process, silver, silver or other metal parts may darken or change their color. Therefore, we recommend that you take reasonable care of your jewelry.

When returning the goods:

1.Please, inform us of your intent to return the goods no later than 7 days from receiving them.

2.The returned goods have to be in their original packing, not used, and well packed. The original invoice has to be included.

3.Please, pack the goods in a proper protective packing in order to prevent damage during transportation.

4.Please, send the returned goods by certified mail.

As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will transfer your paid amount to your account.
